I have a 2002 yamaha blaster with oak 34mm carb...torq spacer...Vito s reed valve and cage...DG pro

I need help ..I had to modify the airbox boot to the 34mm carb it ran like a bat out of he'll w/out a air filter then when I connected it to the new carb and got it all hooked up to the airbox and no air leaks anywhere now it will not start .....has plenty of spark and gas ...what's my problem ...I m waiting on the Vito s +4 flywheel key and I 'll be done but need some help here with the carb situation...does it need rejetted

is the tors system deleted or is it still present?
the wire connected to a stock carb cap?/\?
could be float level
clogged pilot jet

Search "TORS" removal. Some years you only unplug the brain. Newer ones cut and splice wires.

Yeah I finally got it figured out and runs great got a little bit to adjust on the air screw . Just waiting on my Vito s +4 skyway to install and that's everything without putting a big bore kit on it .
 
I just got some lights similar/same and hadn't thought of mounting like that !!
Actually got both floods and spots, can only use one or other until I get a HO stator.
 
I just ordered a new stator ...didn t know they make a HO stator can you send me the link you bought from
