Hey guys I've got 93 blaster and I know I saw a post about how to remove tors without buying the kit.

if you mean the cap on top of carb then no.you wound need a cap/kit?
if your talking about oil injection there is options but its best to get the block off plate?

To remove the Tors on the carb you will need to drill out, tap, file and install an idle screw on the choke side. You will then need a different throttle cap and cable. You don't need a kit if you want to get everything individually. The kits make it easier but if you have the proper drill bit and taps you can save a few bucks and will only need the idle screw and a new cap and cable. Caps and cables can be had for around $22 I think << buy them together it is cheaper. The idle screw is around $8-10 shipped.

In my opinion, its a lot easier to just get the kit, set some time aside and tackle the job. This one is $42.74/shipped.

What do you mean by "plug wires"?
Should be DIY somewhere.
Pre 03+ is as simple as unplugging 3 wire box under hood.
all i you need is the cap for the carb and a new throttle cable and to connect the wires together heres a video you can adjust the idle at the thumb throttle
