how to make a custom bumber

-remove the little black peice that says yamaha on the top of the bumper

-drill four holes on the top(and bottom if you want on the bottom to)
-also make sure you hol the diamond plate in place(or metal of choice)

-using four self taping metal screws screw the piece in place

Ill be doing something similar soon as Im about to begin building blasty #2 for the wifey!! stay tuned ive got some good ideas!
 
Dude go to a scrap yard, they have tons of sheet metal, you could probably find somthin like that.
 
scrap yard or buy a used beat up truck tool box. bought one for 25 and customized 2 golf carts and still have alot of it left.
 
we just made a front bumper for mine used one of the big shop fans but makes the nose too long so i was thinking about taking the dimond plate across the top sides and bottom but yea you can get it from lowse i saw it there the other day when i was going to buy plate steel for my front motor mounts and thought about it
