FYI, might want to re-think your rear brake slightly. I adapted a Warrior brake and extended lever simular to yours. Problem is that the MC pivot needs to be closer to pedal pivot as I have lost mechanical advantage (increased effort). YAMAHA BANSHEE REAR BRAKE PEDAL 2002 | eBay This is Banshee pedal but you'll see what I'm talking about.

I have actually had the swing arm and everything all together and it stops it really nice. Only thing is there is not much travel

Well most of the paint is off. I was basically using the sand blaster for the small cracks and corners that I couldn't get into with my da. Now I just have to finish sanding some areas and can begin painting. My cousin wants to use a color that's not usually seen. So I think I'm gonna spray it a darkish metallic purple with flake.

Have you actually tried that pedal yet?

If that's a single piston caliper, that long a pedal extension is going to make it a VERY hard push and the pedal is only going to move like 1/4" from no brakes to full brakes. Could be really interesting....

Edit: Larry's Shee beat me to the punch last night, a few posts up. Good eye man!

i was wondering that too, i made a pedal extension once half that length and its like either on or off!

otherwise things are looking real good!, fast progress

I have had it setup all the way out on the extension like that and yes there was minimal travel, like my other bike. I decided to move it closer though to see what it felt like. I now have almost 3/4 of pedal travel.

I used the entire brake assembly, pedal, rotor, caliper, off a 600rr on the Blasty.
Works fantastic.

I had the benefit of owning the whole bike haha. This is the piece I believe your looking for.
I had to cut and grind alot off to make it look nice cause it's a big piece.

Def got parts of bikes everywhere. It's a sign of a true tinker'er :)
I bought mine in 07' and it's an 03'.
I bought it off a guy I went to high school with who got it used to 'learn' how to wheelie and do tricks on.
It had been down many times and the plastic/motor covers were useless.
I only payed $300 for the whole thing.
If you come across some other odd part you need gimmie a shout.

Thanks but i think I got everything.. unless you have an ignition cylinder and key lol or the rear brake fluid resi

So I started painting but the color changed... Also not sure If I'm going to lay a base coat or just spray on this color.. NO PICS OF PAINT YET :D

Here is a pic of the wiring i have to do... anything colored will be removed....
