What do u mean ? How ? N I think I understand now I need to take the carb back of n file it down more where I drilled n tapped my hole correct?
I got it running but wen I turn the air screw I put it it doesn’t really do anything
Do you have slight play in throttle cable at thumb lever?
You drill the hole straight?

Goin to shave the carb a lil more now I was doin some reading n I noticed that a lot of Guys run around a 280 jet I was looking at mine n it’s a 230 shud I change it ?
do u run an aftermarket pipe?
any other mods?
230 is usually stock
270-280 would be perfect for an aftermarket pipe
I have an fmf fatty and run 270
what reeds,airbox,and pipe do u run?

You have to get you close. You will still need to plug chop to confirm.
What mods do you have? Exhaust, premixing(not realy a mod but may require 1 jet size bigger by itself) air box lid off.
I have dg fatty exhaust yes I mix fuel My elevation is 850 n air box lid is on I have new v force4 reeds with new cage
Pretty sure it’s just a stock carb
Stock carb is fine.I. 230 main with and aftermarket pipe is to lean. You will fry your shat.Like mentioned above.need to buy some genuine mikuni jets only. 270-300. Read up on jetting and plug chops on the forum.
