Ok my 97 blaster was pretty fast but I was riding it the one day an a tree branch hit my carb an the top part that screws on popped of an I screwed it back on. Now my blaster is slow an doesn't have any acceleration

make sure nothing is damaged and the needle isnt bent. also the piece is slotted so it goes into the carb a certian way. make sure its not backwards.

I would take the carb apart and make sure the slide is operating properly and that the top is staying on the carb and not leaking, they have a tendency to strip and not rethread properly
also make sure the rubber gasket is in the cap, and intact/sealing
sounds like you have an airleak, causing poor performance, and gonna go "boom"
real soon, do not ride it again until you figure out what, when, why and how
i'd aslo eliminate the "tors system" to take it out of the equation
(seach on here for info to remove it)
check the threads, on carb and in the cap
i have a few stock carbs layin around if you find you need a new one/cap
