FMF Pipe question

Hey guys I thought that I had already posted this but I guess I didn't so here it is again.

Does anyone have any suggestions or knowledge on pulling out a dent in my pipe? or at least smoothing it out somehow?

Plug both ends of the pipe. One of the plugs will need a taped hole 1/4 pipe thread to adapt a air line. You want to pressurize the pipe to 15-30psi. Use a torch to heat up the area, be careful not to blow through it. The pressure and heat will pull the dent out; done it several times.

Sounds easy enough, got any pics of how you taped the hole though? And did you heat the dent up prior to airing up the chamber?

He probly means to drill a 1/4" hole in one of the plugs and tap the hole. How bad is the dent?

Size of a nickel to quarter right in middle of the largest part of the chamber.

I don't believe that will hurt anything. You will probly end up discoloring your pipe or ruining the chrome if you try. I'd say leave it alone.
