Flywheel question

So I’m doing a full rebuild on 2000 blaster & took the flywheel off & all the magnets were in pieces can I replace them myself cause everyone I’ve talked to says they’re glued in & can’t b replaced but the one I’m working on they r held in by screws not glue I’m new at all this so I hav no idea who to listen to
