Lol, sorry haven't got to check this for a while, so the main jet is the one in the middle when you take the bowl off right? Its also the one the needle slides into? I will drain that mix before my next rise,. And I bought it from the owner of a dirtbike shop, id hope he would have set it up to par.. what size should the main jet be for 32:1 ?

If you change from 50:1 to 32:1 there will be less fuel in the pre-mix, so the air fuel ratio will be gas lean..

More oil = less gas = lean mix.

If the motor has been jetted correctly for 50:1 then you need at least one size bigger main jet, if you change to 32:1.

Plug chop to confirm.

Runnin 40:1 seems to be fine, hauls ass!!. 3rd and 4th gear wheelies!!

But is the jetting on the lean side.

A motor on the border line of lean, will pull like the dickens, and run fantastic, but in the long run will slowly but surely fry the piston.

A plug chop should be done to see if the jetting is correct.

I can do 3rd 4th gear wheelies with a correctly jetted motor at 25:1 .
