FIX PIPE!

A friend of my nephew got a dent in his pipe, and they decided to take the dent out by filling the pipe up with water and freezing it. They did get the dent out! Unfortunately they also made a new mess!

I've always wondered if tyhat could happen with the freeze trick.
do you know if they filled it completely ?
filled and capped the ends ?

I dont know. My dad gave it to me and asked me to fix it, and told me they did the freeze trick to take the dent out. lol I was like I never messed with pipe before, but i will see what i can do.

Looks like it worked. At least you did not use compressed air like some idiot did on UTUBE, he got hurt and so did the pipe.

Torch and a compressor is the most common way to fix a dent... or did you mean a 2000 psi bottle?

It was 3,000 - 5,000 PSI Nitrogen (N2 ) tank that a guy tried to fix a pipe at a racetrack . YouTube removed it since the guy died later.
