exhaust port still leaking

before my blaster blew up and i rebuilt the whole thing the exhaust port would leak premix really bad. i put some high temp rtv there to seal it up but it still leaks and now its leaking from the silencer too. how can i fix this? is it because its running rich?

If its coming out your exhaust that bad,it must be fouling the spark plug ?

I'd say you're running rich. What main jet are you running?

im running a 320 main jet...i went over a lot of different jetting questions with people and they said that i should run 300-320 main jet. i have a 30mm mikuni carb, fmf exhaust, stock air box with a uni filter and no lid, and a ported cylinder and milled head. i rather run a little rich. it seems like its running good and it has good power.

Do you ride hard or cruse mostly? I ask because people never think about the amount of oil in fuel versus riding style. If it runs great and is a hair fat then leave it, it's easier on parts. If your riding style is crusing around then you may want to run a bit less oil, your not riding hard enough to need it. I might be barking up the wrong tree but that's my 2 cents.
