Hey guys. been working on this 00blaster for awhile. i rebuilt it. Put a .40 jug and piston on it. ndthen i had no spark.. So i took off my tors system. now it starts and all but when i start it, its like someone is pinning it. what do i do? Some people say its an air leak??? but i was looking at my carb and when the throttle is in idle position, the needle is halfway open.... how far should it be up the carb? Or is it find where it is?

At idle the slide should be around about the bottom, with a very little gap under it.
You may have something snagging it or the slide has not beeb put in correctly.
There is a pin in the carb that stops the slide revolving, maybe you have not run the slide down on it.
There is a slot down the slide which the locating pin runs in.

Stands to reason, the slide controls the throttle, if it is half open, the motor is going to scream.
If it happens with the slide at the bottom, then suspect an air leak.
