Engine Problem *Please Help*

I bought a Pro Circuit header pipe and a 304 factory sound silencer for my yamaha blaster and i went to crank it up and it was idling and it sounded like it was gonna blow up because it keeps reving up so much i was wonder what i would need to fix this problem i have to get a jet kit but im unsure what kind i should buy for this pipe and is that all i need to get it running at a normal idle speed? thanks for the help

well... leave it ALONE until you get some jets. and jet kits are expensize...

ask around.. buy individual jets and possibly a needle.

im thinking about getting a Dyno Jet kit is that all i would need right now to get it to run right?

jet kits are overpriced... just buy the jets individual. there was a website someone posted where you can get jets for like 1-3 bucks a piece, and in all honesty... you only need one....

the jets will fit in the stock carb? wow i thought you had to buy a whole new carb with jets especailly made for that carb

buy jets for the stock carb and they will fit lol. but idle is controlled with that nob on the TORS on top of the carb. screw it out a little.

ya i messed with the idle screw for like 5 min and it didnt do anything so i definally need the jets could someone please help me posting the link where they sell individual jets? 97 badass said someone posted it on the site somewhere thanks again guys
