E85

Here's my take on it...
E85 fuel is 85% alcohol and 15% gasoline. You are going to need a larger main jet for starters. Everything else, such as needle and pilot jet are going to need to be larger.
You'll need to make sure you have a two stroke oil that is compatible with the alcohol.
Alcohol is rough on rubber components like fuel lines.
Alcohol has less heat energy per volume compared to gasoline (about half), so you won't go as far on a tank.

I don't know if this helps you much.

The effects of ethanol are bad enough at E10, why would you want to add more? I see the effects of this every day at work (Stihl Tech) Gas begins to break down in a month under ideal conditions. When running alcohol, you need to purge the alcohol out of the fuel system after every use, or you'll have a nasty surprise. Also, it is hydroscopic, meaning it absorbs water out of the air, phase seperation...etc. Unless you have an engine setup for running alcohol, (head, and carb changes) you're not making any additional power. Find a gas station that has ethanol free premium and run that.
