Does 350 bore exist?

I bought a 2004 blaster and the dude said its bored to 350 ,does this make sense or exist? And what exactly does a bored engine mean/do?

It is not a 350cc it's impossible . A cylinder is ussualy bored
When Piston to cylinder wall clearance is to big.(wore out). Which increases bore very little
