Crooked Handlebars

Hey guys, my handlebars are a little crooked. I checked and measured my A-Arms, tie-rods, handlebars and frame and everything looks straight. I didn't hit anything I was just out mudding and I noticed it when I came back. Is there something that I can adjust in the steering stem or other area that might of loosened to make my steering go crooked?

Nothing should have changed it if you didn't bend or have something loosen up. With that said, tie rod adjustment should straighten you back up if you have no other options.

Is it likely that the tie-rods loosened? I'm just kind of scared I bent or stripped something I havn't noticed yet.
