Clutch problems

ok so you know when you have your clutch pulled in its sopposed to be like your in neutral.well mine wont move at all when i have the clutch pulled in.and also when its in gear its not sopposed to move if its shut off. mine will like studder and move about 6 inches like every 5 sec.

Your clutch needs adjustment and it moves because you are probably on a hill that is just steep enough to make it move in gear.
