I need some help i have a 32mm carb i want to use but it won't fit in the stock intake boot.can anyone tell me where I can find an intake boot that my new carb will fit?

As far as I know, there is no specific boot for those mid range carbs, only 26/28mm and the bigger 34/35/36mm
you'll need to sand/dremel a little off the inside of the stock boot, smooth and evenly to seal correctly.
or boil it and wrestle that carb into it while still hot, and let cool with the carb in place.

Well I now have a bigger problem.i did a leak down test and it didn't pass.so I searched for the leak and found it on the clutch side.its leaking where the gear is for the balancer.do you know what I can do to fix that?

That's not a good spot to have a leak.
How big is leak?
Cases may need to be resealed or there could be case damage from a previous piston failure.:(

You sure it's not coming from primary drive gear area.? That would just be the crank seal which is an easy fix

I'm positive its not the primary drive gear.the leaks out as dmfast as it goes in.i have a video but i can't upload it for some reason. I removed the counter balancer gear the can be heard in that area.i spray soap water but don't see bubbles there but I hear the air right there only

Unfortunately Sounds like you need to split the cases if thats where it's coming from.
That is a thin area in the case between balancer and crank area. These split from the clutch side like you have it. Be careful to line up shift star. So it will not hit the case when separating cases

Ok thank you.what do you recommend that i change out while I'm in there and have it split? I've already replaced crank shaft oil seals. Should I change any bearings or anything else in there? Thank you for your time and have a merry Christmas

So I split the case.everything looks good inside.no breaks or cracks.maybe I just need to seal it up really good.

Inspect the counter balance shaft bearing and gear
