carb question?!?!

I just got a 1995 blaster 200. I havent had time to really break into it but I did notice that the previous owner did some "work" to it. It has a fatty gold series exaust. I don't know what all else. My question is as I was looking at it I noticed that there is 3 or 4 hoses coming out of the carb that go nowhere I assume that 1 or 2 are air line but one has a nail in it blocking it off. Does any one have a clue what these hoses r for and why they are loose?

probably your vent hoses and id guess the one with a nail is the oil line..
post a pic. and premix.. lol

Thanks guys I reposted where I was supposed to, and some other guys helped me figure it out. The oil injector has been took off and plugged which is good to know. I am gonna get an actual block off kit for it. anyways thanks for your help!
