it's been repaired or different mounts for the blaster welded on, and those welds look like poo.
maybe ask the seller if all 3 bolts line up ?
i wouldn't spend more than $25 on it

this bumper was like the one i purchased a few weeks back. seller advertised it as a aftermarket then when it arrived it was a stock mounting frame with the bumper part cut off and another bumper welded on. they welds are the exact same to the one i purchased..

considering a new (not jaws) bumper can be had for less than $60 with shipping ............ plus those weld look like they'd pop first time you bumped something, let alone "hit" something
