blew top end. Hole in piston near exhaust outlet

I blew my top end. There is a hole in the piston on the exhaust port side what would cause that??

Usually running excessively lean . What dose the rest of the piston look like ? Post some pics. of it.

u prolly ran it to lean or ran it with out any or little oil
