blaster wont start

i just rebuilt my blaster fresh piston sleeve all the gaskets, during the rebuild i put on a oil block off kit. and also removed the wires for the lights and all, and also removed the TORS. but now she wont start it has spark, and it acts if it wonts to start but it wont. idk if its cause i didnt remove tors correct or something but it wont start. any ideas on what it might be ? thnks

Have you tried re installing the TORS?

Do you have the big 3?

Spark? check, compression, fuel?

If you have spark like you said, then the tors issue should not matter. Also make sure you have gas. Did you premix a new tank of gas before you tried running this thing now.

Make sure your flywheel key set into the correct position. Pull it off and recheck it. If its not correct, you WILL get spark but it isn't "in time."

(After making sure the Big 3 are present of course.)

oh ok i think my timing might jsut be off cause i took off the fly wheel before n one of my friends messed with something but he said he put it bak like it was but idk. so ill have to check the timing..

Make sure to use Anti-seize on the crank shaft before reinstalling the flywheel. This is a MUST. It is a super pain to get it off the next time if not.
