Have a tuned blaster cylinder here the cylinder has been decked and the head has been modified, can I still just put a spacer plate in and run the stroker crank or does the head also need modified?

you can just run a spacer plate but the best thing imo is have the ports matched and the head milled to accommodate the +3 crank
