In order 2 get my blaster running I need 2 dump gas in the carb or in the motor itself 2 get it to started could it possibly be because the carb cap isnt on? I'm really wondering what causes the gas 2 come out of the float bowl on the carb?

um well really you need to clean you carb. maybe your float bowl is stuck. take it off the bike. drain all the old gas out of the tank, clean your carb make sure it is adjusted right, and try again.
I rebuilt the carb a few days ago , I just dont understand what makes it flow threw the jets , I dont have a small enough screw driver to change the pilot jet just dont understand what sucks it threw there's no pressure in the carb an no electronics?
well you need to take the jets out to give it a good cleaning. you should find a small enough screw driver to take them out. if not its time for a new carb.
its your engine thats suck the air and gas mixture out of the carb to the engine,I:I
its suction make sure there are no air leaks in ur carb thats wat happend 2 my bors banshee he put a idle kit in it and didnt file tha edges flat like he was supposed to it would crank unless he put gas in the spark plug hole
