blaster hi idle

have you tried adjusting the idle screw ?
located on top of the "tors" unit, accessed under the seat, lift the rubber flap and look under the fuel tank, should be a large straight screw, counter clockwise lowers idle speed if i remember correctly

throttle cable bad/adjusted wrong ?

the airscrew adjustment, clogged/lean pilot jet, low float level and an airleak can all cause high idle also by creating a lean condition

a good carb cleaning and leakdown test should be on the to do list

al the terms above are searchable on here and have DIY's

better find the cause or risk frying it
