Hey everyone!
I'm new to blasterforum but today i had a problem
I was riding my blaster went to stop for a second when i went to start going my clutch stopped working everything on the outside is good (the cable and the spring thing) I was wondering what could be wrong with it and how to fix it, thanks

MY BLASTER:
2002 Yellow & Blue
Full FMF
Vforce reeds
intake
jets
CDI
.20 over bore
Oil Injection delete
+2 inch swingarm extension
some sort of wider rear axle (came when i bought it)
Flipped front Rims
22 inch rear 21 inch front tires
AC nerf bars
14/38 gearing
ASV clutch lever

A little better description of "stopped working" would help.

It doesn't engage to drive the wheels.

It doesn't disengage to shift into gear without grinding or able to come to a stop.

Sorry about that, It won't disengage to get into gear and I took it apart and the clutch moves by hand but when I hit the lever nothing

Pull the clutch rod and ball out to make sure that they aren't welded together. While rod is still out pull the actuator out (cable hooks to it)

Closely inspect it, the rod rides against the flat surface . Look for wear/gouge at edge of flat surface.

This is presuming that oil was at proper level and cable was adjusted properly.

If you haven't pulled the pressure plate off, CAREFULLY remove 5 bolts and inspect some of the fibers and steel plates. Pay attention to the order as there is an odd set in there.

Actually before you take anything else apart, check the adjuster in center of pressure plate.
There is a online PDF manual somewhere on here.
