if i get a 03 carrier for my blaster with brake hub and and shee axel everything should bolt up just fine right? dus it matter what year shee axel?

is it a blaster carrier? blaster carrier will bolt up but a banshee carrier will not bolt up without modification. and year on the axle doesnt matter

you are correct. any 03+ BLASTER axle carrier, will hold any shee axle.

yes, any carrier above 03 works with a shee axle, thats what i run

Actually, there is some conflicting info here.
There is no need for the 03 carrier, the 2002 carrier will hold the axle just fine, it just requires the need for the 03+ Blaster brake hub or ANY Shee brake hub.
And, NO, a Shee carrier will not bolt up to a blaster...

SO, to reiterate:
88-2002 Blasters will hold the Shee axle fine, just requires the Shee brake hub to re-fit the rear brake properly.

yeah and the banshee carrier will bolt up. it just takes some spacers or flat washers. i dont recommend it, but it can be done easily.

I thought you needed 03+ blaster carrier bearings as well. I may be wrong but someone will correct me if I am

no. you dont. heres what you need to do a banshee axle swap on a blaster.
IF YOU HAVE A 03+BLASTER
1. banshee axle
2. swap it.
3. youre done.

IF YOU HAVE A 02-88 BLASTER
1. banshee axle
2. banshee brake hub or 03+blaster brake hub.
3. swap the axle and the banshee or 03+ brake hub.
4. you can use the stock blaster 88-2002 brake hub but you will need to make your own spacers.
