Trying to find the best carb for my 2001 blaster. I was told a banshee carb would be best but idk what specs am I looking for. Manifold? Air filter? Mm size?

for stock to moderately modified engines, you just can't beat the 26mm stock carb and there's tons of jetting info out there to keep up with future mods

I can give suggestions or links to posts on here to help ya with as much as I can

I see in your other thread you just had this rebuilt ?
what other mods ? pipe/filter/airbox holes or lid removed ?
any flow into or out of the engine requires jetting increases to match the new air flow

read the pinned posts (

Did you leak test the engine?
Actually Banshee carbs are same size and identical except for choke setup
Jets are same, BUT the needle is different and won’t work with a blaster

The stock carb works with almost all setups except all out drag
Be aware a larger carb will increase top end but take away from bottom
