so i went to the dunes and it died and i started it and it sounds like its backfiring through the carb. and there sounds like there are pieces brocken in the cases. what will make it backfire. do i just need to do is rebuild my carb

If there is pieces that sound like there in the cases. Pull the reed cage and check for piston damage. You may have dropped a skirt.

most often it is the exhaust side skirt that breaks, pull the pipe and reeds, gently rotate the crank to inspect the piston for damage

Lean mixture, slipped timing.

K it turned out to be there were no bolts holding my coil pack in and the ground was unhooked now it runs. How easy is it to rebuild a Carb.
