So I spent around an hour trying to put my exhaust on! New pro circuit silencer and used nice condition pro circuit pipe from blasterr. This is close as I could get everything , kinda frustrating. Not sure if the subframe is bent or the pipe, frame looks good pipe looks good has a brand new flange that's sitting flush.

I already tried loosening the pipe first but might have to try again with the flange loose also... I gave up before I started breaking stuff lol haven't had this much issues with getting pipes on...

you sure you have the pipe hanger on the correct side of the frame mount ?

is that a matching set of same pipe/silencer ?

Will the top frame tab bolt up and work??It doesn't look that far off.I would try and get it to push back a hair and also loosen flange etc then try and get the silencer bolt started. You should run an exhaust clamp between the pipe and silencer. No matter what brand of pipe they all leak there at the connection.

Yeah the tab doesn't line up but I haven't loosened it yet. But in those pictures it doesn't look far off but the silencer barely slides into the pipe. I tried again for about 30 min with no luck. Loosened the flange header and silencer. I have a clamp but can't anything close to working. I am getting another frame tomorrow I'll bolt up my spare motor and see if the exhaust is still off, if so I know the frame is tweaked if not its the exhaust. Also not sure if the tab on the silencer was welded 1/4" off.

I have the exact same pipe and slimmer on my bike just put it on sounds nasty lol but it was a pain to get it all the way together just keep tweeking it keep the sail emcee loose and springs off the header but keep it in the flange just gotta work it took me awhile to get it right

I'll try it again on my next day off. Frustrating I've built quite a few motors from bare cases but can't put a two piece exhaust together lol. If not I'll bolt up my spare motor to my new frame and see if it works with that one.

Yea I bought my header used and after bolting It all up it wouldn't start come to find out the header was clogged from a rats nest just got it running today and damn what a difference in power new reeds and exhaust Make good luck if you need any pics let me know ill take some

Alright I think pro circuit screwed up on welding my top tab on. Got my 03 frame from Prime today, threw in my spare cases/cylinder and exhaust is still off no matter what way I try it. I'm going to have my buddy reweld the top mount about 1/4"-1/2" back and be done with it . The bottom mount lines up good, where the pipes meet is good and its tight on the flange but the top mount is the only thing that's off .
