Banjo Bolts

Hey guys, working on swapping some hydro front brakes to my buddies blaster for him. We are missing a banjo bolt for the master cylinder line.

What size bolt do they use? Are the bolts from the calipers the same size as the master? Where can I find one to buy? Any other Yamaha models interchange?

every one i have seen is the same. i have seen them at auto part stores..

all yamaha sport quads use almost identical calipers and masters, so any of those banjo's will work........

most banjo's on the jap atv's are 10mm, and either 1.0 or 1.25 thread pitch, i forget which for the yamaha's ?

Thanks guys. I thought they were the same on the sport quads, but wasn't sure. Might check the local AutoZone.

I used a TRX250R brake lines with mine because the TRX lines were longer and was long enough for my +3 arms. The banjo ends and bolts were interchangeable between the Honda and Yamaha parts.

I'm fairly certain that the kawasaki, yamaha, and honda use the coarser threaded M10 x 1.25 banjo's.

Suzuki used the finer ones, M10 x 1.0. They are some real odd ball stuff....
