Bad Vibrations

Got a super bad vibration in the engine (I think). About 7/8ths of the RPM range. It comes and goes throughout riding it but it's always there. It's literally so bad my hands and feet go numb lmao. My dad thinks the stator threw a counterweight. Which makes sense but I just wanna explore all options. Thanks in advance guys

Stator is a fixed piece, no moving parts.

Check for loose flywheel, bad crank bearings, or bad counter-balancer gear.

Thrust washers and crankshaft main bearings, or bottom end rod bearings are probably the culprit! Remove stator side cover and pull and push back and forth on crankshaft . Check to see how much crankshaft end play is in the the main bearings. Good luck!

I had a similar problem and then the bike blew I had in and out movement on the rod on the transmission side was that not okay?

If the crank is out of balance it will shake itself apart

Finally fixed it, it was the keyway lmao XD
