backwards spinning motor

SO WE HAVE THE NEW TO US 92 BLASTER
when kicking it spins CCW and the arrow on the flywheel points that direction
we can start it but it spins backwards once it starts " filmed with cellphone in super slow motion to verify
we have amazon kit to replace all electronics since we didn't have most of them
again it runs but backwards
we eyeballed the stator plate clocking when we installed it the old one had the wires cut
it was near center of the track the screw can glide
i went full ccw to retard timing
same result then full advance same issue
please send ideas

So does it actually go backwards (reverse) when you put it in gear ?
When looking at the left/flywheel side the engine IS going counterclockwise.
So are the left side wheels.
Have you checked the flywheel key?
I don’t know if it’s possible to pul the coils in the wrong place. One is ignition, one is for the lighting. Maybe check that out.
