All the meat (tri-tip chunks and chicken) was marinated for 2 days,and the veggies were dusted with my secret herbs and spices. Cooked at first with a quick hot sear all around,then cooked SLOW to perfection. Add some beer and hoagie rools and your in business!
 
what type of beer should i grab on my way ?
