89 yamaha blaster no spark

i just put a new stator and coil on the blaster theres still no spark! anyone have any ideas of what it could be? i just put new boysen dual stage reeds, new moose racing high out put stator, new ignition coil, nothing was getting spark for a few kicks then no longer anything towed it down the street and would only back fire every few mins or so, i dont know this is electrical, im running a 20 pilot jet and a 320 main jet hasnt ran yet with the 320 but ran like crap with the 20 and a 300

20 pilot????? 32.5 is what it should be.

When you pull the plug out is ir saturated with fuel and oil, if so you may have a flooded crankcase.

4 or 5 wire stator ? same as you took out ?
re-install flywheel with keyway locating it to crank timing groove ?
no way to test CDI except swap in known good one.
check ground is to bare frame at coil

4 wire and it came with a instruction sheet so I followed that and nothing.
