400EX reservoir psi??

Just installed a 400EX rear shock and was wondering what psi should be run in the reservoir. Is there a mininum, maximum or recommended pressure?

no not really just bolt it on and go. i dont even think you can change the psi in the resevoir anyways

i believe shocks are nitrogen filled not just compressed air you can take it to a car dealership they will have the right stuff to fill it with and the preasure would probably depend on the weight of the rider i.e. heaver rider more preasure, lighter rider less preasure

the shock is charged to raise the boiling pojnt. it has nothing to do with rider weight. Shocks will have a spec of anywhere from 170 to 300 PSI. I am a shock rebuilder and most shocks that I do are 200 PSI.
