Hey guys i recently got a yamaha warrior ran fine for a day or 2 then it started backfiring and sputtering it starts fine and idles but evertime i give it throttle it backfires i have changed the plug what else could it be i havent checked the carb yet but i dont know help me out please

and i have heard putting the park brake on can do something to the rev limiter but this doesnt have a parking break on it

1. Flywheel could be loose or sheared key. Warrior puller is different than Blaster.
2. Time chain is loose and it jumped time.
3. Valves need adjusting.
4. CDI took a dump.
5. Maybe massive air leak/lean, check manifold. Clean carb well.

damn it sounds just like mine 2 days ago when i found out my parking break was stuck on..after i released it the baby ran perfect again
