I picked up a 99 blaster a couple weeks ago for $300. Classic it ran before I parked it story. She said it needed a new clutch. So I bought it took it home, kicked it a few times and it fired up. Ran like sh*t but it was running. Pulled off the seat and noticed a nasty filthy air filter. So I pulled it off and kicked it over again. It was running decent now. Looked down and seen the clutch cable wasn't hooked around the little bracket to hold it tight. Hooked it up and popped it into 1st gear. It runs pretty decent. I will be slowly but surely rebuilding it. The plastics are spray painted black and the non blaster seat held on by a rope.

I got a new filter, air box lid, and seat. Thumb throttle to covert it back from twist. And ordered a gas tank cover. Went to the airports store and got aircraft remover designed for plastic. It's a little pricey but works great.
It is pretty rough in deed, but you woulda spent $300 on the exhaust and nerfs alone ... Good score !
