20 Hour Bottom End Swap Jam Session!

So after I put my "spare parts" bottom end in my blaster last week, it suffered from scary crank slap,
And it just so happend that I had my nice, like new condition KOR assembled crank and some new virgin cases laying around and had 24 hours till I left for west virginia (or so I thought). So I got to work around 12

So long story short I worked until 4 am that day. (The original plan was to use the current cases but that didn't work out)
So at 4 am the new motor was assembled, torqued, leak tested and ready to go in the bike.
4 hours of sleep and I'm back working at 8 and by 12 she was loaded up in the trailer and ready to go


We ended up not leaving until this morning which sucker but hey, it was fun.

Take the tension wrench with you to use after you do the heat cycles, and when you rip, stay under 3/4 throttle.

I think he may be referring to a worn or loose crank pin(big end) bearing.

Yeah I've got it all with me. We left about 6 this morning. We're about 3 hours out.
