ok i have a 02 blaster it was completely stock until i unfortunately blew it so ive installed new carb ,piston, had it bored 80 over new fmf fatty pipe all new exhaust i had it running great when i got it together for about an hour then it all of a sudden bogged down and now wont start unless i jump start it and even when i do that it runs like sh*t i give it gas it dies and it wont idle ive wasted hours trying to figure out whats wrong its just a big head ache if theres anything you think could be wrong please let me know

I would check your reeds, air filter and all eletrical connections.

all the electrical is fine ive already check the reeds im just confused now idk what else to do

did you replace the main jet after putting the new exhaust on?

Did you rejet? Did you brake it in before taking it out riding?

I let it run for a while and took it real easy but no i didnt rejet

what should i do to rejet it

and does it cost anything

Well you need to rejet to around a 160. Can get them at jetsrus.com or at your local dealer. Only a couple bucks each.
