Well this is my 01 blaster when I bought it and in the tear down phase. I found a cracked motor mount on the frame when I took the engine out, but found a frame in way better shape for 60$ and also got all the plastics for 60$ I will have my jug back tomorrow and I'm waiting on gaskets and a bunch of othe small parts to get it put back together . I'm painting the plastics black and leaving the frame original because I'm on call 24/7 and I'm ready to ride already and don't have time to paint the frame. So a top end rebuild new plastics (because they chopped the piss out of the front ones and I was tired of mud being thrown in my face ) switching all my parts over to my new frame and hopefully in a week or so and after proper engine break in I'll be riding again. I will post more pics later

I'm a simple rider don't really need all that power. I bought it for extra parts cause this is my last bore on my cylinder and it was dirt cheap. This is my first time doing anything like this so I'm kinda nervous but think I'll be OK I've read so much and watched so many videos I got blasters coming out of my ass. I also picked up the clymers for 11.00 shipped so I think I got it

:)...after awhile you'll want that power !! These little bikes can get addictive and are just as fun to work on as they are to ride . Looking forward to the rest of your build

Back to a rolling frame again

Cracked motor mount on my frame. I could have welded it but I got this 94 frame for 60$ I also noticed that the 94 had reinforced motor mounts

Here is what I'm into today.Came across some dumb stuff on the frame like bigger bolts to m out the bumper don't know why they did that, mine fit on with oem bolts so now I have to drill out the holes on my bumper. Also putting top end back together now.

Also found out my toomey pipe has none of the O-rings on it. That would explain all the black crap coming out. But got her all cleaned up
