I just got a set of front wheel spacers that require the removal of the stock "press in studs" for installation. Can anyone tell me the best way to get the studs out?

Just installed a 400EX rear shock and was wondering what psi should be run in the reservoir. Is there a mininum, maximum or recommended pressure?
