i have a ct pipe and silencer. they come off and go back on with no probs. never had to bend or adjust anything.

ct racing is a good pipe . they sell a 240 kit and make a set up for it.

resisters help cut down on electrical interferance,perhaps you have an electrical problem and the resister reduces it. ?
