My question is… does the bulb housing come out of the back or how do I access the bulb itself??

I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the bulb out of the back or the lens off to get to the bulb. I have looked online and can't find anything. I feel stupid asking this question for help. I get the housing out and I can't pull the bulb housing out of the back and I see tabs for...
