Mine acts like a rev limiter tors all removed. One odd thing on the 06 is it has no volt regulator, seems odd its in all the wireing diagrams and pics I have seen.

Blaster 200 fresh build starts idles but won't rev up . Had tors removed, delete kit, new carb. 2mm oversized piston. Bearings and seals , stator and a few other parts. Any ideas Thanks

I have a blaster 200 runs but acts like A Rev limiter. If the tors box is not separate then can the cdi still limit rpm? Tors and brake switch removed.
