Blasda I saw that one. However the starter jet on my carb was in the hole I have circled in red. Awk I think the jet is ok I recleaned everything. However I think I need to grind down my idle screw thing more. I haven't had time to work on it and it's flipping cold here in Chicago lol

Niche motor cycle supply or whatever was the one that confirmed the 45 existed btw. They let me know the half sizes they call them were discontinued so I would only be able to use the 40 or 60 ( as you can see I cracked mine a bit)

That's the problem I was having, I couldn't find it in the spec. But where I have it circled is where it was. The tiny jet in my hand is what was in there. It's looks to be the stock carb as almost everything else was stock. Im really curious now lol

So I found out the little jet in the bottom of the bowl is the starter jet size 45. Mikuni stopped making that so you have to go with a 40 or a 60. It's been cold as hell here so haven't worked on it much

Nope file down and I'd just rerun the tap and make sure u don't cross thread it. Clean the carb again lol. Good luck man I hope that is your solution!

    Idling issue

I guess I can't post links without mod approval. If you scroll up in this forum you will see Idle Kit Installation Instructions Blaster/Banshee in there you will see you have to file down the port. If you don't the idle screw won't go in far enough to push the slide up. I hope that's your issue...

    Idling issue

https://www.blasterforum.com/threads/idle-kit-installation-instructions-blaster-banshee.52025/ Check that out. The port on the side needs to be filed down. If not the idle screw won't make it far enough into the chamber to push the slide up. Hopefully that's your issue cause that's an easy fix lol

You didn't grind the port down? Should have been on an angle and you have to file of grind it so it's flat. I think I have a couple pics of mine in the thread below this one.

Im having the same issue. How far in does the idle screw go into the cylinder with the slide? I couldn't find how far to grind it down.

Hello Gents, Just signed up but been reading info off here for a while. I picked up 05 blaster which is pretty much completely stock except a fmf silencer. When I got it off the guy it was backfiring and wouldn't run right. So I decided to rebuild it. Went 10 over on the cylinder. Also deleted...
