    Timing balance shaft

    I know the dots have to line up on the balance shaft to the primary gear. Does it have to be a tac or bdc? Still fighting smoking like no other everything been resealed other then splitting the case. I’m have air coming out of the vent tube when I do a leak down test. So what’s y’alls opinion...

    03 blaster

    complete rebuild new top and bottom end no cheap Chinese parts. Still smokes like a freight train. I’m over it. Has plenty of power just smokes and I just smoked the clutch trying to figure it out. I’m not sticking anymore money in it. Come buy it.

    I no longer have the self oiling system can I block off the pump. And would you suggest replacing the clutch basket waste mine is folded over.

    What’s size is the exhaust port and intake boot I want to stop and buy the stuff to build a leak down tester before I head home.

    im about to replace the crank seals on this thing. Is there any surprises that I need to know about when I take the fly wheel off or the gears off on the clutch side. I had someone just recently rebuild this thing and I have had more issues with it then I should have. If you want something done...

    New top end way to rich

    01 blaster just did a top end carb rebuild and new Byson reeds. It’s running rich I have 230 jet in it right now, still way to rich. The carb kit came with a 110 I used it not knowing factory was 230. With the 110 it ran like a rapped ape but way sluggish in first, but was on the back wheels...
