I think my idle screw on top of the tors system is stripped to because it just keeps spinning and at random points it'll get rougher then easy to spin

Yea like how many turns for the factory air screw and idle screw

I don't got a kickstart at the moment, I got the assembly coming in the mail, when it arrives I'll see how much my local dealer will let the lever go for but can someone please support me with details on how the adjustments are when from the factory?

How many turns from the closed position is the gas/air? An the idle screw keeps turning non stop so I'm not sure how to actually adjust that one

Fully stock with just a pipe, when I get it to turn on (by bumping it) it will remain on aslong as I apply gas but when I try to get it in nuetral in ends up dieing, it'll stall if I'm not applying non stop gas

Thanks everyone for the help, got it running! Now I lastly need info on how to adjust the air/gas mixture screw and the idle screw, Bike won't stay on without gas and in order for the bike to move I have to press the throttle about 3/4s in to begin moving how do I adjust the throttle aswell?

i bought a clutch cover yesterday. just missing the fly wheel cover

I don't have the tool to remove the fly wheel but I plan on getting one it's greatly needed lol and thanks jbuck for the feedback, I just wanted to know the time period so I can order pieces, their must be a way to remove the flywheel without the special tool right?

I'm not 100% sure that it's a 2002 can any one confirm?

So I cleaned all grounds, checked all wires following a wire diagram and still nothing. Earlier I was trying to pop start it and it actually turned on for a sec then turned off instantly. Tried starter spray but had no luck. I forgot to mention the quad has been sitting with out a flywheel cover...

The gear and spring inside the inner clutch cover and then the actual kickstart lever itself

And by kickstart I mean I need the whole assembly!

There is no key switch, shall I still worry about those wires? And thanks

I just got a blaster 200 and the guy I got it from said that it just needed a coil. He said that the blaster had been sitting for 5 months. So I bought a new coil and spark plug. But their is still no spark, I'm new to this troubleshooting stuff so could someone please point me in the right...
