Having trouble starting my quad lately. Ever since its been rebuild i struggle starting it, takes a good 5 kicks to start. Where is best to start looking, chamge of plug? Mixture not enough? It idles rwally well so cant be that bein too low. Thanks

Thanks. As ive just had the engine rebuilt iwillwait for the head bore. Just looking for bits that can be done whike still runnin the bike. What is the best exhaust. Left or right for more top end that is.

Monster is just angloss sticker my mate made for me as for the bar im not to sure what it is. Was on the bike when i got it.

Okay so looking at getting more power (arnt we all) so far the engine has been rebuilt with a slight overbore from standard. I have a bills pipe exhaust which is a left bend pipe. Also has boysen reeds. Just wantig to know what else is worth doig for some more power. Tors removal? Airbox lid...

Thanks everyone. I got it from ebay. Got 5m x 1.5m and it cost me £5. Bargain! Yeh you do have to heat it. Its not an easy job. I would suggest if you do it to use a hair dryer as heat gun just burns your fingers and also to start on the nose cone, reason being if you have the patients to finish...
