    i have my blaster rebuilt , everything is stock except cheap ebay airfilter and the airbox lid off , i want to make some engine uprades but idk where to buy jets and what to look for even online , can someone show me where they buy theirs ? And what kind ? Thanks

    ive been looking everywhere , i found the old thread for it and clicked the bike bandit link and it says its not available anymore .. its the piece that stops the clutch cable from moving , it bolts to the jug , i bought new clutch cable and lever finally and i dont have this stupid piece...

    I saw a blaster with these plates near his inside front fender and they were angled to direct the air flow to his engine , any idea what these are called ??? I cant find the name of them

    Yeah its in there right , the carb floats stuck now and gas is coming out of the drainage tube . I think that might be a start to the problem

    The bores stock , i cleaned the carb and i found a reallllly bad leak on the exhaust, the spark plug sparks between blue and yellow , could that be part of the problem if its just slightly yellow ?

    I rebuilt the top end on my 02 blaster and still boggs out and sputters bad . I got a new namura piston and gaskets .     I'm not sure I have not rode it yet , I traded my dirtbike for the blaster and the guy said it only needed piston rings .

    He's been a machinist for 19 years , he's gonna use a mill with a boring head and micro bore . The marks in the cylinder are only .002 - .003 deep . He wants to know if he could just smoothe the cylinder with a hone ?
